How JAMM Entertainment is handling COVID-19: FAQs and Information:

We know that this is a very stressful time. We are here to help how we can. See below for information related to our policies and how we can help. We’re all in this together and we look forward to servicing your events in the future!

FAQ: What are the current guidelines regarding events?

For current updates we are asking our clients to turn to the CDC and Jefferson County Health Department. Please visit their links:

FAQ: What is JAMM doing?

Following all CDC guidlines. We are working from home during this time. We are availble through phone and email during our normal hours- M-F 10am-6pm.

Sanitizing all equipment before and after each use.

Working with clients to make sure their event can find a new date.

FAQ: What is JAMM’s cancellation policy?

Please refer to your contract. We ask that you please consider postponing your event instead of cancelling it. We will work with you to reschedule your event within one year. Please give us a call to let us know how we can help you. We are a small business and we appreciate your support during these times.

FAQ: Can I still book future events?

Yes! Please keep in mind that our clients are our top priority. Please submit and inquiry through our website if you would like to discuss a future event with us. You can also email questions to greatparties@jamm.net. We are here for you!

Current Clients: Please reach out to us! We are here for you! We know how much planning goes in to your events. Let the experts guide you through this process. We are here to help however you need! We have some creative solutions and the needed experience to make it through this together.
